Charlotte Drache-Lambert
Director of Programs and Customer Engagement
Charlotte has spent the last ten years driving business impact internationally in leading companies across various areas of the built environment. As the Director of Programs and Customer Engagement, she is committed to accelerating the carbon transition and contributes her diverse commercial and managerial experience to support clients in the decarbonization of their buildings and portfolios.
Prior to joining OPEN Technologies, Charlotte was a founding member of WeWork’s Enterprise Services team in Paris, France, where she drove strategic sales opportunities in commercial real estate and advised clients throughout Europe. Her previous experience as Head of Marketing in residential real estate development in Berlin, Germany, is complemented by design and strategy work on various urbanism and landscape projects in Shanghai, China, and Toronto.
Charlotte holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Toronto, a Master in Landscape Architecture from the University of British Columbia and is currently completing a part-time MBA at UCL (University College London).
In her free time, she loves exploring galleries and museums, enjoying a meal that looks too good to eat, or being in the mountains skiing and hiking.

OPEN Technologies grew out of the OPEN Green Building Society, a non-profit organization that has been developing open source software tools for the green building space since 2013. Today, OPEN Technologies and OPEN Green Building Society are affiliated organizations with a shared goal: to use data to shape a regenerative future for our cities.
