We’re looking for an organization to share our conveniently located Gastown office space!
OPEN has a hybrid work model, with some office days and some days from home. We currently lease 3,000 square feet of office space on Water Street and we’re looking for another organization to share our lease for 2-3 days a week. We are envisioning a model where we each take the full office for 2-3 days/week, but we are open to a space sharing agreement for a 3-7 person company as well.
The space includes:
- Fully distributed HVAC system (with AC!) with exposed brick and beams throughout
- A mix of open space, large boardrooms, and private offices, fully furnished
- Large windows providing abundant natural light and spectacular North Shore and harbour views
- Direct passenger elevator access
- Excellent transit access, steps from Waterfront SkyTrain Station and numerous transit lines
